Q:
Can I visit where my pet will be staying?
Sure! We encourage all pet owners to visit our facilities and meet our staff before leaving their precious pets with us. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that your pet will be in good hands. Please let us know when you would like to visit.
Q:
How many walks will my dog get each day?
The number of walks your dog should get depends on various factors such as age, breed, and energy level. However, as a general rule, most dogs benefit from at least two walks per day. Larger and more active breeds may require more exercise. We will ensure to keep to the same routine as if they were at home.
Q:
Will my pet be staying with other pets?
In short, yes! We ourselves have 2 spaniels and also house exotic animals therefore they will be in the same building. However we have a dedicated, separate room for them which is available to view on your free meet and greet!
Q:
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured to cover any eventuality and certificates can be provided upon request.
Q:
What is the payment procedure?
For boarding - Once you and your pet have met with us and you are happy to go ahead, we will email you an invoice. We ask that this invoice is paid prior to your pet arriving with us.
For walking - Payment will be required 2 weeks in advance for regular schedules. One off walks can be paid on the same day.
We accept payments by debit card, bank transfer and cash.
Q:
Will my pet be safe?
At our premises, we prioritise the safety and well-being of all pets in our care. You can rest assured that your precious pet will receive the utmost attention and care from our experienced staff.
Q:
My pet requires medication for a health condition. Can this be administered?
Basic medication can be given by our trained staff. We would need detailed instructions on any specific medical conditions and on administration. We are happy to discuss any requirements your pet may have and, generally, most needs can be met.
